This contemporary Museum exhibit features new works by artists participating in the 50th Anniversary Visiting Artists Series: Lucio Bubacco, Deb Czeresko, Dan Dailey, Stephen Paul Day, Vanessa German, Jim Harmon, Jessica Jane Julius, Beth Lipman, Sibylle Peretti, Kait Rhoads, Erica Rosenfeld, Paul Stankard, Norwood Viviano, and Thaddeus Wolfe.

People, Place, Process: 50 Years of Glassmaking at WheatonArts
Museum of American Glass
An exhibition focusing on the evolution of WheatonArts as a vital arts organization! Presenting highlights of contemporary artworks made by our international community of artists and interpreting the people, place, and process that inspired them, the exhibit tells a story of creativity’s exploration specific to WheatonArts. Honoring 50 years of glassmakers at the Center, visitors will discover collaborations that artfully combine vision, artifacts that serve as muse, and the tools that connect skills across time.

Down Jersey Folklife Center
In this exhibit, explore commonly shared topics among South Jersey cultures such as beliefs, stories, legends, ritual, regional, and occupational traditions. Interpreted through objects, archives, and educational programs are three major themes: 1. Becoming Someone Else – the use of masks in ritual and celebrations of various cultures; 2. Learning from a Master – folk art apprenticeships in South Jersey; and 3. Behind the Story – exploring legends, stories, and beliefs among the diverse communities of our region.

Hosted by Bard Graduate Center, this project builds upon the work of critic and historian Paul Hollister. It rethinks and reinterprets the history of postwar American studio glass.
