THE MUSEUM OF AMERICAN GLASS
Rental fees: $400.00 per hour
The Museum of American Glass is available for rent Monday through Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Price includes setup and breakdown time of one (1) hour before and after your event. No removal or rearrangement of furnishings or exhibits is permitted. All catering must be approved by WheatonArts management prior to contracts. The Museum is not available for fund-raising activities of any kind.
Rental fees: $200.00 per hour
The gazebo is available for rent for weddings and other functions. Its use is limited to 25 people on the gazebo and another 25 on its piers. If being used for a wedding, additional guests may observe from the shore line and other land areas. The use of automobiles is restricted to one (1) per function which would be intended to carry the bride and groom or similar persons. The vehicle may only transport people via the front gates, behind the Museum Shops to the gazebo. With this exception, no vehicles are permitted on the WheatonArts grounds. Horse drawn carriages or other unusual conveyances must be approved by WheatonArts management prior to contracts.
Lighting, sound equipment, tables, chairs, set up and so on to be supplied by others. All parties supplying set up must receive clearance from WheatonArts management at least seven (7) days in advance. All decorations and/or equipment must be removed immediately after the ceremony.
Wedding parties and others holding receptions or events at the banquet or restaurant patrons may use WheatonArts exteriors for photography at no charge. However, this must occur during normal operating hours and party must exit grounds before 5:00 p.m. Written authorization must be obtained from WheatonArts before using outdoor facilities.
WHEATONARTS MUSEUM STORES DETAIL
All Shops will remain open until 6:30 p.m. for a fee of $200.00 for groups of less than 100 people. No charge for groups of 100 or more.
SET UPS AND FURNISHINGS
Above fees do not include “set ups,” furniture, A/V, linens, or other equipment not normally at the site or location. Such requests would be priced on a case by case basis. All such rentals would require a minimum notice of 30 days.
All rates are subject to change with 30 days written notice.
