The face of the mask is white with a purple smile and purple circles for eyes. At the top of the mask are two dark purple triangular ears with a short maroon and orange horn in the middle. The image was taken in the Glass Studio, where WheatonArts Glass Artist Kendall Frank is speaking into a microphone in the background.
