Serving over 365 artists since 1983, the Creative Glass Fellowship Program at WheatonArts provides an exceptional opportunity for artists to pursue their creative development in one of the finest glass facilities in the country. During their Fellowships, artists join a creative community that offers private studios, stipends, technical assistance, comfortable housing, and institutional support. They are embraced by dedicated staff on a beautiful 45-acre campus, a true creative sanctuary.

We celebrate, support, and value a diverse community. We are committed to creating an inclusive and safe environment. We strongly encourage women, BIPOC individuals, LGBTQ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, and foreign-born residents to apply. Applicants will not be discriminated against because of their race, color, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, religion, national origin, citizenship status, disability, ancestry, marital status, veteran status, or medical condition. Former Fellows are welcome to reapply for residencies three years from the year they last resided as a Creative Glass Fellow.

The application is simple, and the peer-review jury process is exceedingly sensitive and fair. There is no fee to apply.
