Spotted Horse Provisions is a disabled woman-owned business that makes sustainably-minded artisanal pantry provisions inspired by the blended heritage and world culinary travels of a woman starting over. It is also a message of hope and survival in the aftermath of trauma. We are committed to engaging in sustainable practices from sourcing, to production, to packaging, to reducing our overall carbon footprint, to offering discounts on jar returns. Spotted Horse Provisions partners with small/medium sized, independent farms and we draw upon 4 generations of canning practices to preserve the freshest flavor possible. All of the original recipes are a blend of Welsh and Iraqi Sephardi-inspired flavors. We produce tomato sauces, jams/jellies, harissa pickled vegetables, zero-waste shrubs/vinegars, zero-waste pestos, spreads, and seasoning blends.
