I have been into fashion forever. My eclectic style is a combo of the 1960s with a geometric sense. Collage and color blocking is me. I doodle and bring my designs to life, making my own patterns and design. I start with the shape I want and divide it to make slenderizing shapes. I then cut and sew each one at a time, making customization possible. Color and texture are important, as is the ease of wear. It is fun to use a single style and make many different color schemes, and use many different sewing techniques to get the effects I want.
All my fabric is made in the U.S., and I make them.
I have a B.A. in Art History. I specialized in ancient and modern art. I studied art in Italy and learned to improvise when my husband and I had a shoe and leather repair.
