The fun fact that I get to immerse myself in the art and craft of weaving every day (that I try) will always make me happy. For me, the art of weaving is putting the purpose for the piece, colors to be used, overall design and weave structure together into a cohesive whole that “works”. In truth, much of my pieces are experiments in the what if I did this, changed that or if I used those colors together? Currently, I am creating some really vibrant towels – my daughter says they look like a Mardi Gras celebration! They definitely work.
