I create one-of-a-kind jewelry inspired by the rhythms of land, water, and history. My work incorporates semi-precious gemstones, hand-cut slag glass from 18th- and 19th-century iron ore smelting in the New Jersey Pine Barrens, and locally gathered sea glass. As a lapidary artist, I also cut and polish many of the stones I use, allowing their natural character to guide each design.
Fabricated in sterling silver using traditional metalsmithing techniques, my work reflects an organic, artifact-inspired aesthetic. Drawing on coastal and wooded landscapes as well as regional history, it explores transformation, memory, and place. Each piece translates fragments of the natural and industrial landscape into wearable art. The imprint of its origin remains, forged by industry, shaped by tide, or worn by time.
