Gilbert is a self-taught wood sculptor beginning thirty-one years ago. My sculptures are created from locally harvested hardwoods and is either functional decorative or both. They are finished naturally with clear urethane to reveal the wood grains and are for both indoor and outdoor use. Each piece is uniquely carved, and all are my own concept and design.
