Butterfly Gypsy Studio is a Southern New Jersey–based home studio showcasing the work of owner and lead designer Jessica Turin, alongside fellow artists Patricia Turin and Antonia Wilkerson. Together, they create distinctive, handcrafted jewelry that blends traditional techniques with contemporary artistry. Specializing in bead weaving and bead embroidery, the studio’s primary medium is finely detailed glass seed beads, meticulously handwoven into one-of-a-kind wearable art. Many pieces are further enhanced with hand-molded clay and resin pendants, as well as thoughtfully incorporated elements of recycled wood and metal, adding depth, texture, and sustainability to their designs.

With over 14 years of experience, the artists behind Butterfly Gypsy Studio have not only developed a recognizable aesthetic rooted in craftsmanship and originality, but have also shared their expertise through teaching and community engagement. Their work has been featured in local boutiques and shops throughout Southern New Jersey, earning appreciation for its intricate detail and artistic expression.
