With over three decades behind the lens and a personal mission to photograph every national park in the United States, I approach each scene with a sense of curiosity and reverence. My work is about presence—being fully attuned to the environment and allowing its story to unfold. I strive to create images that convey the quiet power and subtle beauty of nature. My process is immersive and sensory: I spend hours, in the field, sometimes returning over several days, waiting for the right conditions and letting the landscape guide my perspective. Each photograph is a result of patience, observation, and a willingness to experience the elements—wind, light, sound, and even silence. I want viewers to feel as if they are standing beside me, experiencing the awe of the beauty around them.

During post-processing, I use subtle techniques to preserve the natural colors and feel of the light. My work is printed on metal, canvas, or paper.
