Kimberly English is the owner of Copper Knoll Farms, a family-run specialty crop farm in southern New Jersey. The farm grows lavender, elderberries, and log-grown mushrooms, which are used to create small-batch culinary and wellness products. Their offerings include essential oils, soaps, skincare items, herbal teas, elderberry syrup kits, culinary lavender blends, lavender sugars and spices, mushroom powders, and other farm-crafted goods made from crops grown on their land. The farm is largely wooded and managed under a Forest Stewardship Plan that supports both sustainable production and wildlife habitat.

Copper Knoll Farms also maintains a bluebird trail in partnership with the New Jersey Bluebird Society and hosts an active purple martin colony each season. Through careful land management, the farm provides habitat for native birds while producing high-quality, handmade products that reflect their focus on conservation and small-scale agriculture.
