Join us in the Event Center for the annual Holiday Studio Sale beginning on Friday, November 25! Open daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Sunday, December 4; this highly anticipated sale features discounted prices on a wide selection of handcrafted ceramic and glass items. A table will be set up for visitors to create their own unique gift tags for all the perfect gifts they find. Proceeds from the sale support individual artists and arts programming at WheatonArts.
Browse Beautiful Handcrafted Pottery
Pottery includes works by Senior Resident Potter, Terry Plasket, and the WheatonArts’ team of Associate Potters, Samantha Bartlett, Tessa Carlton, Clint Hunter, Amy Peseller, and Phyllis Seidner. Discover well-designed functional pottery, such as mugs, teapots, vases, planters, and more, in various glazes, sizes, and styles!
Discover Unique Handmade Glass
The glass section includes WheatonArts’ seconds and overstocks, along with original works made by the WheatonArts’ Glass Studio Artists. Studio glass by Vermont-based artists Melanie and David Leppla will be on sale as well. Find the perfect glass paperweight, ornament, decorative bowl, and more for all your gift-giving needs.

Glassblowing Demonstration by Alexander Rosenberg
At 1 p.m. on Friday, November 25, engage with WheatonArts’ Glass Studio Director and former Netflix Blown Away star Alexander Rosenberg as he performs a live glassblowing demonstration in the Glass Studio. Audience members are welcome to ask questions and take photos during the demonstration.
Trunk Show with Chris Coffman
Flamework artist Chris Coffman is hosting a Trunk Show in the Gallery of Fine during Black Friday Weekend! Chris has volunteered at WheatonArts for over 15 years and is known for her large elegant beads. She enjoys interacting with visitors and discussing her latest works. See her showcase of flameworked glass earrings, bracelets, and necklaces from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. November 25 – 27. A great starting point for finding a unique piece of jewelry for the perfect gift!

Handmade Holiday Gift Tags

In the Event Center, create the perfect gift tag to accompany that perfect gift. Use collage techniques to assemble the materials into a unique, one-of-a-kind gift tag from an assortment of paper punches, scrapbook paper, and ribbons.
