Under the direction of one of WheatonArts’ Flamework Artists, learn how to manipulate slender glass rods over a torch to create various bead shapes and details. And for those into the chilly winter spirit, learn how to create a set of glass icicles!
Participants receive a complimentary pass to WheatonArts for the day. Anyone wishing to accompany the participant to watch the Flamework Experience must purchase a general admission ticket.
Glass Beads
Dates: Upon Request
Length of Experience: 1 hour, 15 minutes
Participant Limit: 1 (additional may be possible upon request)
Experience Fee Per Person: $75.00 plus shipping & handling

Glass Icicles
Dates: Upon Request
Length of Experience: 45 minutes, 15 minutes for glass to cool down
Participant Limit: 1 (additional may be possible upon request)
Experience Fee Per Person: $55.00 (Icicles cool down after 15 minutes, so you take them home the same day!)

Participant Safety Information:
- Protective eyewear is required and provided.
- Participants and guests must wear closed-toed shoes (no sandals) and natural fibers. 100% cotton is recommended.
- Long pants are required, even in the summer months. Long sleeves are encouraged.
- No jewelry or acrylic nails are permitted.
- Long hair must be tied back away from the face.
Cancelation Policy: A $25.00 fee will be charged to those who do not show up for their appointment. We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment; otherwise, it will be considered a no-show, except in the case of illness. Are you feeling unwell or showing symptoms of COVID-19? Please stay home. Appointments can be rescheduled by phone or email.
COVID NOTE: *Following New Jersey State’s definition, people are considered “fully vaccinated” for COVID-19 two weeks or more after they have received the second dose in a two-dose series or two weeks or more after they have received a single-dose vaccine and any booster doses for which they are eligible as recommended by the CDC. Vaccines must be currently authorized for emergency use or approved by the FDA or the WHO. Class participants will be required to show proof of vaccination to participate. Instructors will be wearing masks. Participants are strongly encouraged to wear masks as instructors work closely with the participants to ensure safety with the material.
