I create hand-dyed silk scarves, jackets, and hair scrunchies using habotai silk. They are such a great way to bring a pop of color and joy. Habotai silk is so soft and luxurious. Working with color is so satisfying. There is a level of unpredictability with the combinations of colors and how they spread that makes every piece a surprise and unique. I’ve been hooked on dyeing silk since the first time I tried it. I enjoy teaching others the technique through workshops and parties.
