In 2008, my wife and I teamed to develop, using our own recipes and only the finest organic ingredients, premium hand-crafted small batch California extra-virgin olive oil infusions. Our citrus oils are made with actual fruits crushed together with California olives. Extra virgin oils infused with pure herbal extracts, roasted garlic, and chipotle round out the oil assortment. Also, with the help of the same small boutique olive press/bottler in Northern California, we have complimented the oils with our own extraordinary infused aged Italian balsamic vinegars.

The end result of our efforts is not inexpensive, our 12.7 ounce bottle sells for $30, but the quality is unmatched.

We DO NOT wholesale our product to conventional retailers nor do we retail using our own store. The product line is only sold at events like yours, i.e. horticultural events, fundraisers, fine art and craft events, select wine-tastings, equestrian events, and Better farmer’s markets.
