After retiring from law enforcement as a forensic accountant, I decided to re-direct my creative abilities to one of my childhood loves, designing and sewing. Having long been a craft show junkie, I dug into my stash of polar fleece, made a few garments, and started exhibiting at local craft shows. After 20 years in this business, I know I made a good decision!
Designing and crafting clothing that flatters real women, while maintaining a sense of style, became the major goal of my work. In making patterns and choosing fabric and trim to construct the garments, I try not to lose sight of this. All of my work is done in my home studio by me. I constantly strive to produce affordable garments which are suitable for an active lifestyle. It is the joy of my life and I consider myself fortunate to be able to enjoy a second career.
