Experience an afternoon of ceremonies, music, and dances associated with East Asian traditional weddings!

Stage performances will capture various moments of wedding practices from Cambodia, China, Vietnam, and Tibet. Other performances will present abbreviated versions of several wedding ceremonies, such as Indonesian and Filipino wedding traditions. All performances include music and dance to accompany the various ritual practices.

A special installation will be created to showcase the Japanese wedding tradition of “one thousand cranes.”
