I’m Jeffrey Nathans, Lead Jewelry Designer and Owner of BG Silversmiths in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. I make size-inclusive, handmade and bespoke jewelry. My jewelry is crafted with tarnish resistant sterling silver, precious gems and semi-precious stones. Jewelry making is tremendously satisfying; using hand tools and fire to produce beautiful glimmering jewelry that is built to last. The customers are what make me happy in my career. My work receives compliments for its high quality, wearability, and size inclusivity. I want everyone to wear my jewelry no matter your size, shape or allergens.

In 2013, I received my BFA in Crafts specializing in Fine Metals from Kutztown University. Upon graduation, I was hired by Barry and Sandi Gebhart at BG Jewelry as a bench worker and began attending craft shows. After a few years, I took on more responsibilities and gained the position of Lead Jewelry Designer in the company. I continued working with Sandi Gebhart until her retirement in December 2021. Following her retirement, I became the owner of BG Silversmiths in January 2022. With over 16 years of experience working within the arts, I take pride in the work I produce, and I love sharing my passion with you all.
