Amy Lemaire is an artist and educator based in Brooklyn, NY. Her work combines craft traditions of flameworked glass with contemporary technologies, such as plasma and digital fabrication, to create objects, images, tools, and situations that reconsider relationships between humans and the natural world. Lemaire works with institutions around the US as a teaching artist and currently teaches at Salem Community College.
