Metal earrings decorated with beads, a red bar at the base and a dangling gray stone created by Marjorie Rawson
Copper color metal bracelet with earth tone beads, rocks along the chain, and a silver clasp, created by Marjorie Rawson.

I let the bones of the earth guide me along the path that I have unearthed to create Art that can be taken with a person on their  journey through life. Those materials are stones and metals that the earth provides. In keeping with the unique quality of the earth, every piece is one of a kind. The stones are gathered from shores near and far.

All of my work is made entirely by my hands. I use both hot and cold constructions techniques. I use heat and chemical Patinas for surface enrichment of the metals. I have a BFA from Eastern Michigan University with a concentration in Metals, Painting and minor in Art History. I have been a working Artist for over 25 years.
