Registration Procedures

Minimum: 10 students.
One supervising adult (must be at least 18 years old) is required for
every ten students and is admitted at no charge. SUPERVISING ADULTS MUST REMAIN WITH STUDENTS AT ALL TIMES.
Additiona supervising adults will be charged $8.00 each.
- $6.00 per student (April through December)
- $5.00 per student (January, February and March)
- Additional supervising adults are charged $8.00 each. ($7.00 in January, February and March.)
- Deposit: A deposit of $10.00 is required to confirm your visit.
- Payment is due in full upon your arrival. Vouchers and/or checks are accepted, payable to WheatonArts.
- Refunds: We will refund your deposit if you cancel two weeks prior to your reserved date.
- Transportation is not included. If your group does not have its own transportation, we suggest that you contact your local bus company to make arrangements.
- Designated bus parking available.
- Subject to change without notice.
