April & May: Egg Paperweights
Out of the fire comes new life! Spring has once again
returned to the Earth, and so has WheatonArts “Make Your Own Program”! It’s the time of year to celebrate new life, and what better symbol than the egg! Come on down to the studio and enjoy the experience of hot glass by making your very own egg-shaped paperweight. You get to choose the color and design, and your instructor will help guide you through the process of shaping your glass egg from start to finish. Do join us!

June- August: Drinking Glasses
Everything tastes better out of glass!
Those long, hot summer days are coming upon us. These are the days when cool water and iced tea are necessary to keep us revitalized! The refreshing beverages of summer will taste so much more enjoyable out of your own handmade drinking glass! Brave that summer heat and we will help you make your very own usable drinking glass in whatever color you desire! Experience glassblowing first hand, and come away with a souvenir to help keep you cool all season!

September- October: Pumpkins
Gorgeous gourds for a festive fall season!
Everyone’s favorite fall veggie is back! By popular demand we will be offering two months of pumpkin-making goodness this year! Not only do get the amazing experience of working with liquid glass, but you get a really great piece to take home with you. Have you already made a pumpkin? Come back again and start your own glass pumpkin patch! Make sure you sign up early because these spots go quick.

November- December: Ornaments
Celebrate the season with hot glass!
The time of Yule is upon us. The days might be colder, but in the glass studio it’s always warm! Do you need to put a little extra sparkle in the season? Join us to create your very own handmade glass ornaments! Experience the ancient art of glassblowing and take away a beautiful piece for decorating or gift-giving. These colorful baubles are great in windows, chandeliers, and trees. Sign up with your loved ones and enjoy the experience together!

All programs are hands-on, one-on-one experiences available for anyone 16 years of age or older.
As the participant, you will receive a complimentary pass for the day. Anyone wishing to accompany you to watch your experience must purchase a general admission ticket.
