The Handcrafted Gift Show
the gallery of fine craft at wheatonarts presents A VARIETY OF handcrafted gifts for the holiday season
MILLVILLE, NJ –A new holiday exhibit and sale, “The Handcrafted
Gift Show,” opens October 17 in The Gallery
of Fine Craft at WheatonArts. The show continues through December 24, 2010.
The show features unique handcrafted items in a variety of mediums for holiday and gift giving needs. Items include metal wall art from Elaine and Bill Snell (South Carolina), ceramic sea shell bowls by Artifacts in Clay (Nova Scotia), metal and glass Judaica by George Gabriel (Connecticut) and Gary Rosenthal (Maryland), glass wind chimes by Goose Rocks Designs (Maine), stained glass kaleidoscopes by David Sugich, (California) and Fair Trade musical instruments created from wood, bamboo and coconut shells. A variety of handmade ornaments will also be available. Ornaments include handblown glass by Loretta Eby (Georgia), ceramic shells by Artifacts in Clay (Nova Scotia), flameworked sea life by Paul Labrie (Washington) and metal holiday-themed ornaments by Elaine and Bill Snell (South Carolina).

Craft and the other WheatonArts museum stores will be open seven days a week from
November 26 through December 31, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. “Customer Appreciation
Week,” October 30 through November 7, features mystery discounts (10% to 50%), hands-on activities,
refreshments, door prizes, food sampling, and a free eco tote bag. No admission
ticket is required to shop and stroll. The museum stores offer an
assortment of handcrafted gifts, personal service, a knowledgeable staff, free packaging,
and member discounts. Gift cards and certificates are also available.

Hours: Tuesday
through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., through January 2,
2011. Closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. An admission ticket is required
to visit the Museum of American Glass, Down Jersey Folklife Center, and artist
demonstrations in the Glass, Ceramic and Woodcarving Studios. Adults $10.00,
Senior Adults $9.00 and Students $7.00. Children five and under are free. All
children 17 and under are admitted free on Sundays through December 26 thanks
to a PNC Arts Alive grant to support “Family Fun
Days.”
