3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Demonstration and auction of pieces created by WheatonArts artists using a Fenton mould then decorated by Frances Burton.

Visitors are welcome to purchase new Fenton Art Glass from the Brownstone Emporium’s large selection and have it signed. Fenton’s exclusive 2006 Signing Event item, a 4” Dogwood Basket in Plum Opalescent, is available for purchase prior to and during the signing event. It costs $49.50. The two handles are created by a special process before being reshaped by Fenton artisans. Fenton recently acquired the mould for this piece from Indiana Glass. However, the mould was originally produced by the Westmoreland Glass Company in the 1950s. Call the Brownstone Emporium at 1-800-998-4552 or 856-825-6800, ext. 150, to reserve the piece (up to and including the day of the event).

Guests may also register for door prizes and take the Fenton Glass Factory Tour on video. This short video takes you into the factory in West Virginia and explains the Fenton method of producing its glassware.
