2008 EXHIBITS

Contemporary Flamework
- April 12 through May 18 The Gallery annually displays works at Salem Community College by the featured artists of the college's International Flameworking Conference. This year we are bringing the artists' works back to our exhibition space and adding some more of your favorite artists' works.

International Flameworking Conference featured artists include: Headline Artist, Carmen Lozar, Suellen Fowler, Margaret Neher, Milon Townsend and Lewis Wilson.

Smart Art - May 31 through July 6
An eco-friendly exhibit with a focus on innovative designs in art created from recycled, repurposed and/or sustainable materials.

Title To Be Announced - July 19 through September 1
The Gallery will host guest curators Dave Carrow and Michelle Post for a sculptural exhibition by regional artists.

Crafts of India - September 13 through October 19

To coincide with the Down Jersey Folklife Center's exhibition and festival The Gallery will exhibit and sell works crafted in India.

The Handcrafted Gift: 12th Annual Holiday Exhibit
November 1 through December 24
The show features unique, finely crafted gifts and treasures for everyday living.
