Celeste Starita

Celeste Starita is an artist living and working in Philadelphia. Her sculpture in cast glass investigates her individual experiences of space and time. She received her MFA in 1999 from Tyler School of Art, and her BFA in 1994 from Moore College of Art.

She has studied and worked in Italy, Scotland and France. She was a 1999 Pilchuck Glass School Emerging Artist-in-Residence, and has exhibited in numerous galleries and museums nationally, including the Tacoma Art Museum and the Riley/Hawk Gallery in Washington State, and the Pentimenti Gallery and the Levy Gallery in Philadelphia.
