Past Fellows

Hiroki Niimi

Hiroki Niimi is anticipating the interaction with glass artists from various cultures during his fellowship - to share each other's artistic values, dreams and techniques. He looks forward to sharing the concept of the "Japanese old tool" in glass techniques to other artists.

He is a graduate of Aichi University's Glass Department, where he is working as a teaching assistant. He participates extensively in art exhibits and won the grand prize at the Toyota Art Exhibition, 2000.
