Glass Studio
The Glass Studio in the T. C. Wheaton Glass Factory is a fully functioning glass studio architecturally modeled after the original 1888 factory. Studio artists using both traditional and contemporary techniques work side by side in this studio, recognized throughout the country as a valuable resource to the glass art community.
Daily narrated demonstrations at: 11:00 a.m., 1.30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
The Creative Glass Center of America (CGCA) awards fellowships to emerging and mid-career artists working in glass. Fellowship recipients are provided with housing, materials and a monthly stipend. Artists are encouraged to collaborate and exchange ideas, experiment with glass and refine artistic concepts and techniques.
