Saturday, May 5 OnlyEach year Eco-Fair brings together organizations and businesses who want to provide resources, products and real solutions for people to live better lives in harmony with the environment.
FAMILY FUN ACTIVITIES
Enjoy a variety of eco-focused hands-on activities throughout the day. Visit the special exhibits in the Museum of American Glass. Watch the creative demonstrations in the Ceramic, Glass and Woodcarving Studios. Browse the award winning Museum Stores. Stop in the Sweets Suite Bake Shoppe Café for lunch or a delicious treat.
Paper Beads
Reuse strips of paper from newspapers and magazines to create beautiful beads. Once you've rolled your bead, seal it with a clear finish to create a long lasting, durable bead.
Wildflower Seed Balls
Add fun and color to your yard! Create seed balls filled with wildflowers to throw into your spring garden.
Coloring Pages
Choose from a variety of eco-themed coloring pages and use markers, crayons and colored pencils to add color.

Grow Your Own Pizza Herb Garden
Upcycle and grow fresh herbs all in one activity! Learn how to use
paper towel rolls to create containers for seed starting in this fun
gardening activity. An assortment of herb seeds including basil,
cilantro and oregano will be available.
Veggie Market Bags
Design your own
market bag for veggie shopping! Use assorted colors of felt to decorate
canvas bags with shapes of peppers, carrots, tomatoes and your other
favorite veggies.
Butterfly Painting
Learn about symmetry and printmaking while creating a multi-colored butterfly using card stock and paint.
