Marble Weekend 2010 is an unprecedented opportunity for marble collectors, dealers and artists to come together in a unique studio setting. Marble exhibits and sales, marble games and artist demos in the glass studio and at the torch, are all part of this exciting event.

More than 75 dealers, artists and craftsmen from around the country will be exhibiting on the Event Center sales floor Saturday and Sunday, selling a wide variety of hand made marbles, glass beads and glass jewelry, as well as antique marbles and memorabilia.

Friday evening, June 18, Marble Weekend will open at 5 p.m. with a preview reception in the Event Center for all artists, dealers, registered collectors and invited guests. This is a wonderful time for early shopping and networking among participants. The sales floor will be open until 8 p.m.

Throughout the weekend, nationally known marble artists will be demonstrating their talents in the glass studio and in the flame-working tent. Additional activities, children’s games and crafts will add to a unique experience for the whole family.

Full Weekend Package: The package includes admission to all Marble Weekend activities and exhibits Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Adults: $50.00, Students 6 to 18: $25.00, Children 5 and under are free

Friday Evening ONLY: If you can’t make it for the entire weekend, come Friday evening to meet the artists and exhibitors and get the first look at the extraordinary works of art available. Per person: $25.00

Come for the Day Saturday or Sunday: General admission to WheatonArts includes all day activities. Get your tickets at the Gatehouse. Adults: $10.00, Seniors: $9.00, Students: $7.00, Children 5 and under are free
