First, Second and Third prize hand-blown, glass pumpkins will be awarded.

Entering is easy! Just send your photograph in an email to fest@wheatonarts.org or post on our Facebook™ Wall* by midnight, Sunday, October 3, 2010 include your name and you are entered!

Here are the contest details:
* The contest will be open October 2, 2010 at 10am until midnight October 3, 2010.   
* The winning photographs will be chosen by jury from all entries
* The winners will be contacted via the method of entry, by email or by Facebook™ message for your mailing address by Tuesday, October 12, 2010.   .   
* The winners’ first name, city and state will be announced in the next e-newsletter and on Facebook™.
* The winning photographs will be posted on Wheatonarts’ Website and Facebook ™page.
* If you know the people in your photograph, please submit their names with your entrée and/or caption the photograph.
* Retail values of first, second and third prizes range from $30 to $60.
* You will need to "Like" our Facebook™ page in order to post to the WheatonArts Wall.
* Contest is open to individuals age 18 and older.
* File size may not exceed 2,048 KB (2 MB) and must be in .jpg or .jpeg format. Please double check the file size and file type of your photograph BEFORE uploading.

By entering this contest through emailing a photograph to fest@wheatonarts.org or posting to WheatonArts’ Facebook™ wall you agree to the following Photography Release terms:
I hereby grant Wheaton Arts and Cultural Center, Inc. (WheatonArts) permission to use my photograph in any and all marketing and public relations publications, including web site entries, without payment or any other consideration in perpetuity.

I hereby authorize Wheaton Arts and Cultural Center, Inc. to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this photo. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my photo appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph.

I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Wheaton Arts and Cultural Center, Inc. from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf of on behalf of my estate which may have or may have by reason of this authorization.

I am 18 years of age or older and am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release, and I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release.
